My main modality is Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the #1, research-backed treatment for anxiety-related disorders.
ERP works because we focus on showing you physically that you can do the things you’ve been avoiding, procrastinating, or are afraid you can’t handle.
Research shows the only way to change or manage a feeling is to physically act in opposition to it. Talking yourself out of a feeling only keeps you stuck, but taking action moves you forward.

All therapy begins with a 15-minute consultation ($65) to ensure we’re a good fit. I only take on clients I’m confident I can help. After that, you can choose the session format that works best for you.
