45 min sessions. $200. On average, expect to see me 1-2x/wk for 4-6 weeks and then on average I see a 35% reduction in symptoms and we start to titrate down treatment to eventual successful discharge. This is an investment with return. My goal is NOT that you are in therapy for life.

  • Groups of 10-15 individuals, facilitated by a licensed professional. Groups are focused on anxiety and panic. Learn and gain practical skills that are research backed to improve symptoms. $50.

Exposure therapy is the #1, research backed, evidence based type of treatment for OCD and anxiety related disorders.

As therapists, when we graduate school, we can technically treat any of the 400, plus, mental health disorders. The issue here is that no one can be a specialist in that many different disorders.

As a licensed therapist who specializes in anxiety treatment, I use evidence based and research backed type of treatments that will actually improve your symptoms.

I am a firm believer that treatment should be a lot more doing and a lot less talking. Thru exposure work, I will help you do the things that you have been procrastinating/ avoiding. I will help you create a different relationship with your anxiety, and ultimately get you back to living your life.
