Unfiltered Minds Charleston, SC was my FIRST stop on my 2026 tour as a one-woman–owned therapy practice, so naturally it will hold a special place in my heart. I was overwhelmed by the willingness of attendees to get up there and share something they struggle with when it comes to their mental health… to a group of strangers.

So many of the participants came alone, and I think that speaks volumes. The city itself was so cute and quaint, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first stop. xx
