The Exposure Room

$897.00

the problem

you already know what to do. maybe you've read about ERP. maybe you own the workbook. you understand that avoidance is the trap and that facing the fear is the way out.

and then it's a random tuesday night, you're supposed to run the exposure, and there's no one there. so you don't. the fear wins one more time, and the shame piles on top of it.

that is not a discipline problem. for anxiety, panic, and agoraphobia, the isolation is half the illness. doing the scariest work of your life completely alone was never going to work.

what it is

the exposure room is six weeks of doing the work together.

one live call a week. a small group, capped at six, so you are actually seen every single time. we build your exposure hierarchy, you run real exposures between calls, and you come back and tell the room what happened. the wins, the ones that flopped, all of it.

there is nothing quite like a room full of strangers deciding to get better together. the accountability is real. the "me too" is real. and watching someone else climb a rung you're scared of is the thing that finally gets you to climb yours.

ERP is not a worksheet you finish. it's a way of living. this is six weeks of practicing that shift with people who get it.

how it works

week one. we build your ladder. you'll map what you avoid and rank it, and leave with a hierarchy that's actually yours.

weeks two through five. you climb. every week you run exposures, then bring them back to the room. we troubleshoot the stuck spots together and you watch your world get bigger in real time.

week six. you learn to keep going. the goal was never to need me. we build your plan for carrying this forward on your own, because the real win is a life that keeps expanding after the room ends.

what's included

  • six live group calls, one hour each, over six weeks

  • capped at 6 people, so you are seen every week

  • the full agoraphobia workbook to guide your exposures, included ($67 value)

  • a private space between calls to stay honest and accountable

  • a real structure: build your hierarchy, climb it, keep going alone

who it's for

this is for you if you have anxiety, panic, or agoraphobia and you are tired of white knuckling it by yourself. if you want to actually do the work, with support and people who understand.

this is not for you if you're looking for a place to vent or to be talked out of your fear. the room is for practicing skills and taking action, not for reassurance. and honestly, that's the point, because reassurance seeking is one of the exact habits we're working to drop.

anyone can join, from anywhere. because this is education and coaching, not therapy, you do not need to live in a specific state to be in the room.

the investment

the exposure room is $897 for the full six weeks.

that's about $150 a session, and it includes the workbook. working with me 1:1 is $200 a session, so six weeks in the room costs less than five of those, and you get the whole group on top of it.

because the room is capped at six people, you get close to 1:1 attention at a fraction of the 1:1 price.
